Distribution of Grocery kits

The coronavirus pandemic and the subsequent lockdown has affected us in many ways,
but it has affected the poor and the marginalized sections of the society the most.
It has resulted in an economic crisis, resulting in loss of livelihoods of daily wage workers and migrant labourers. We distributed food items such as rice, cooking oil, sugar, tea powder, wheat flour etc to needy people at Mundargi Taluk, Gadag. More than 200 families have benefited from this activity.
Mental Health Awareness

We organized the Mental Health Awareness Program at Mundaragi. Mental illnesses affect 19% of the adult population, 46% of teenagers and 13% of children each year. A mental illness is a physical illness of the brain that causes disturbances in thinking, behaviour, energy or emotion that make it difficult to cope with the ordinary demands of life. More than 60 people attended the event.

Fire Safety In School

With the collaboration of the fire department, we organized Fire Safe Programs at C.S Patil Schoo, Gadag-Betageri. The fire department spoke about the importance of fire safety in schools and about the jointly running program called SAFE for students which educate children about emergency procedures through these programs.

Children's Summer Camp concludes

We organized a Children's summer camp at Mundaragi. Mr Vedavasai Koulagi, president of the Child Development Academy, Dharwad was in charge of this program. He addressed a speech to students stating the importance of well-read children in society. Over 100 students participated in this activity.

Establishment and promotion of "Child-Friendly Library" held at Upgraded Government Primary School, Nagarahalli. We explained the importance of reading and sharing books with children. Our organization stepped into this beautiful program to develop a green environment in the Government Industrial Training Institute Mundargi and many guests were present at the occasion. Over 60 students actively participated in this particular program.
